Vacuum Tables
, Europe's leading Conservation Engineers, first began making vacuum tables towards the end of the 1970's and now offer 7 standard sizes of vacuum table, with an unequalled choice of vacuum pumps and support frames. In addition to the standard sizes they can offer custom built tables up to 1250 x 2500 mm into which special requirements such as built in separate vacuum compartments, or network couplings to other vacuum units run by a central large compressor. This facility could be of use to a large workshop or college.
The Vacuum Tables Tops are constructed of an electro-welded aluminium frame made out of 's own profile 100, with a welded aluminium base plate and a rigid support platform made from 's 1800 aluminium profile, designed to restrain very high vacuums (maximum of 90kpa abs = 125mBar = 27 inch Hg. The working surface is made of hard wearing, easy to clean, non corrosive, stainless steel with I mm round perforations centred in a triangle setting permitting a maximum culvert of 26% per square metre. Each table top is provided with a vacuum gauge, a suction connection and a ball valve. If reversed the vacuum table can be used as a normal table top, when not required for vacuum operation.

Flexible combined high pressure / low pressure pneumatic vacuum system with trap tank, regulator and spray attachment all mounted on a variety of mobile support frames which are either fixed or tilting. Powered by computerised air. Options include: transparent humidity domes and ultra-sonic humidifiers. Although the tables are designed to withstand the high vacuums possible with their pneumatic system they can also be operated using more conventional methods such as an electric turbo motor of a low cost vacuum cleaner. |
